The Urban Eco-Woman Show is a Toronto-based wellness blog & show hosted and written by Crystal Harbans. The show is dedicated to fostering positive change in our city, by engaging in topics such as: climate change, mental wellness, nutrition, social justice, body positivity and gender as it all relates to and impacts our collective wellness. The show features a mixture of leading wellness experts, activists and celebrity guests who candidly share their compelling wellness stories / journey's.

The Urban Eco-Woman has been featured in Tonic Magazine, The Globe & Mail, The Toronto Star and on Daytime Toronto, Breakfast Television (BT) and the Naturally Savvy Podcast on iHeart radio.

About the Creator – Crystal Harbans is a wellness and social justice advocate most interested in the intersections of race, gender, class and wellness. She is the Founder of WellnessxChange.ca, which is a community of wellness thinkers, registered practitioners, creators, healers and artists. Crystal studied Women & Gender Studies, Caribbean Studies, and Marketing at the University of Toronto. Throughout her wellness career she has partnered with hundreds of local wellness brands and corporations. The Urban Eco-Woman was created by Crystal to represent all women, like herself who do not fit into the mainstream wellness narrative. In her spare time, she enjoys vintage fashion, trying out the latest eco-beauty products, hugging trees, swimming (she is a Pisces) and Netflix ‘n’ chillin with her husband and doggy Yoko.
